MagicBox has developed a range of complementary concepts, immersive experiences and physical activations that complement our multi-purpose arenas to create: live-streaming concerts and shows, immersive exhibitions & Esports tournaments, that can create user flow 18 hours per day.

Our leading-edge technology for broadcast, streaming and virtual ticketed events can scale audiences into the millions. We have worked with and for many of the world’s leading media companies including The BBC, Apple, YouTube, ITV, Formula1, C4 and Pinewood Studios.

Chiltern Energy Asset
Management LIMITED (CEAM)



CEAM is Chiltern Management Group’s renewable energy deal-making vehicle. It works with investors, landowners, energy and technology companies to create multiple energy asset projects.

Current projects include:

Working with Vital Energi on a £60 million low/zero carbon energy solution for a 500 acre leisure/sports, technology new town development situated on the M4 outside Bristol.

NLA Europe Limited (NLAE)

NLAE leverages creative technologies, education and entertainment as tools for urban development and regeneration. The company is reimagining the future of venues as technology-enabled, multi-purpose hubs to improve the lives of local and regional communities. Education is at the heart of NLAE’s mission. Digital skills and fluency are key for future generations. These multi-purpose venues create an ecosystem, linking with Further Education and Higher Education pathways, creating long-term sustainable employment opportunities and ensuring towns and cities retain their best and brightest talent.

Internationally recognised deal maker and development economist with over 40 years’ experience in project creation and promotion, including whilst with the World Bank. Private sector lead on Rolls Royce SMR projects

Gary Fielding
Non-Executive Director

Following an extensive career in the construction industry, Gary is Chairman of Vital Energi, one of the UK’s leading independent renewable energy companies and providers of sustainable and viable energy generation, distribution and consumption management projects.

Michael Spencer KC
Non-Executive Director

Is an eminent KC formerly specialising in the fields of Consumer Negligence and Healthcare and Consumer & Product Liability.

Rob Proctor
Director of Technology

Rob holds duel positions within CVG, Director of technology and CEO of MagicBox - CVG's digital entertainment technology division. Rob is a senior executive with +30yrs in the technology industries. Formerly CEO of NASDAQ listed Allied Esports International & HyperX arena, MGM Resorts - Las Vegas, and of Audioboom PLC – the 4th largest podcast company in the world. Founder Simply Internet Ltd, the world’s largest Internet café chain.

Cécile Parker FCCA
Group CFO of Vital Energi

Cécile has a wealth of global knowledge gained at Board level within multinational companies across both public and private sectors in the last 25 years. Also on the board of the Diverse Heat Network, an ACCA UK Corporate Sector Panel Member and a STEM Ambassador, she is passionate about diversity, education and sustainability. Cécile is also a two-time winner of the Industrial Engineering CFO of the Year award.

Dundee Arcadia
Scotland

This Chiltern Vital Group waterfront development in Dundee is intended to continue the regeneration of the city and provide a variety of cutting edge services for business and the local community. It will house the MagicBox destination entertainment complex as well as additional technology facilities aimed at providing first-class HE / FE education and training opportunities. Emphasis is on driving both social and economic impact across the creative industries from which the city has earned its world leading reputation.

Yorkshire Energy Park (YEP
Freeport

Majority owned by Chiltern Vital Group SPVs, YEP forms an integral part of the recently announced Humber Freeport.  With the benefit of a confirmed 50 MW grid connection and a similar PV farm generated capacity, YEP is attracting major energy intensive users, including battery storage, green hydrogen production, and supply chain enterprises associated with these new technologies. Negotiations are also well advanced with CATCH, a leading Humber industry led partnership, and the University of Lincoln, to create a new FE/HE teaching and R&D campus on the north bank of the Humber.

Project Grace
South West England

Chiltern Vital Group has been central in creating an all-new £1+ billion multi sectoral, zero carbon sports/leisure/entertainment venue combined with an international technology park, leading University participation and a new sustainable residential community.  The project is located adjacent to a national motorway and close to a main rail station, is in South West England, and is timed to be launched in late 2023.

Collegelands
Glasgow

Now 90% complete, Collegelands is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK, amounting to almost 1 million sq ft and with a GDV in excess of £300 million. The development was created in partnership with Glasgow City Council.

Small Modular Reactors (SMRs)
Across the uk

CVG is supporting the Rolls-Royce SMR business in the selection of strategic UK sites for the roll out of its Small Modular Reactors, and in the creation of the long-term end user/offtake agreements to support the financial viability of their deployment.
